Overview

ATS is a company founded in 1985 with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, specializing in Industrial Maintenance to improve factory operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
  • Identify and source parts, supplies, and repair items as necessary.
  • Independently perform maintenance as per industry standards.
  • Work with Planner Scheduler to optimize preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Setup and operate multiple machining operations including lathe, drill press, and grinder.
  • Comply with 5S and housekeeping standards.
  • Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Provide assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to project teams.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems.
  • Utilize predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data.
  • Update records and review CMMS history.
  • Complete and conduct on-the-job training and technical self-study programs.
  • Follow all safety related policies and identify unsafe behaviors.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience, or 7 years of experience in the specific industry.
  • Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and general maintenance.
  • Understand electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems.
  • Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools.
  • Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations.
  • May be required to travel.
