The Facilities Maintenance Technician will ensure the effective care of the manufacturing facility, maintaining compliance with all relevant ordinances and conducting maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and their controls.
• Unclog lines, repair faucets, and maintain plumbing infrastructure.
• Repair and maintain facility electrical systems.
• Weld and repair CO2 racks and other structures.
• Operate construction equipment for maintaining external grounds.
• Check and maintain human safety systems.
• Administer access control to lock systems.
• Perform building maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent degree required.
• 2+ years facilities or maintenance experience required.
• Past experience with HVAC systems and/or plumbing systems required.
• Technical training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate hand-held diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, Adobe PDF Reader, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
