Overview

Global Finishing Solutions is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Crew Member in Pennsylvania to maintain and service critical paint booths and finishing systems. This hands-on role focuses on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure customer productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Replace filters and clean equipment in paint booths, prep stations, mix rooms, and related systems.
  • Physically access booths and tunnels to remove paint buildup and perform deep cleaning.
  • Perform general preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and at peak performance.
  • Use power tools, testing equipment, and mechanical problem-solving skills to complete the job right.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and teammates to ensure safe, efficient, and effective service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to learn and put in an honest day’s work.
  • Comfortable with hands-on, physical work, including tight or confined spaces.
  • Safety-minded with a positive attitude and willingness to take direction.

  • Pay Range: $22.06 – $27.78 per hour, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.
