Responsibilities

  • Accurately assemble various components and/or sub-assemblies into specified fixturing and join by welding or repairing defective welds.
  • Observe all safety rules and policies maintained by the company.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Pick and place components or subassemblies into proper fixturing and join by the application of GMAW.
  • Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisor or Quality Auditor in a timely manner.
  • Rotate position into different production teams as necessary to meet production schedules.
  • Set up welding equipment including changing gas.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Initiative and time management skills.
  • Friendly and understanding demeanor.

  • This is a full-time hourly position.
  • Hours of work are typically Monday-Thursday 6am to 4:30pm.
