Overview

Subsea 7 is seeking final year students or recent graduates to join their Graduate Engineer Development Scheme (GEDS), which offers a variety of experiences in the subsea industry, including formal training and on-the-job development.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in formal training sessions and on-the-job development.
  • Work on detailed design engineering and offshore opportunities.
  • Collaborate across disciplines as a valuable team member.
  • Attend various training sessions and networking events.
  • Be assigned a mentor for guidance throughout the scheme.

Requirements

  • An engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Marine/Naval Technology, or Offshore Technology.
  • Technical ability.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to changes and challenges.
  • Initiative and personal responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate with impact.
  • Innovative and smart approach.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Positions are based in Houston with onboarding this summer.
