Overview

Join our team at Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as a Maintenance Technician. We believe that a safe, reliable, and well-maintained environment is essential to delivering exceptional resident care and comfort.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance and repair work, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend system longevity.
  • Maintain knowledge of building systems, equipment, and applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Utilize basic computer systems to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and communicate updates.
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly while prioritizing resident safety and comfort.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of general maintenance experience required, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.
  • HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based systems.
  • Strong knowledge of building equipment, building systems, and applicable building codes.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
